Ladder via crossfit woodbury

Hand Stand Push Up Ladder
Do one HSPU the First Minute
2 HSPU the Second Minute
3 the Third etc...
Until you can no longer complete the
number of reps in the Minute Allowed.
Immediately after completing this
Pull Ups
Exercise same as above
Then Immediately after this
Burpees
Same as described in HSPU
