 For 4 weeks you will eat from this phrase and,nothing other than this phrase:  
During the Paleo Challenge I will eat; Meat, and vegetables, healthy fats, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no dairy, no sugar!”

Challenge dates: Feb 1st – March 1st (4 Fridays)

$20 buy in per contestent (this is to keep us all acountable)!
$5 to the pot for every serving that you cheated on
$20 to the pot for a day of cheating (remember, you're
only hurting yourself if you do this, so try to keep it as a special occasion cheat day only)!

In the end 25% of the pot goes to a female winner, 25% to a male winner and 50% to a celebration party!!
